1. Refund Eligibility- Refunds are available for defective or non-functional products.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 Hour of purchase.
- Digital products once downloaded, unless proven defective.
- Services already rendered or customized items.
- Submit your request at support@skillify.school, including your order details and reason for the request.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
We encourage contacting us first to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks, as unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
